Who we are
Muscon Talent is a trading name of Muscon Services Limited (company number 650338, registered in Ireland). We are the data controller for the information you give us. Contact us at enquires@muscontalent.com.
What we collect
Your name and contact details, your CV, work history, qualifications, right-to-work information and anything else you choose to share with us. For employers, we collect business contact details and information about the roles you are hiring for.
Why we use it
To find you suitable work or suitable candidates, to arrange interviews, to carry out checks needed before an offer, and to reply to your enquiries. Our legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a recruitment service.
Who we share it with
We share a candidate’s details with an employer only after the candidate agrees. We use trusted service providers, such as our recruitment software and email hosting, who process data only on our instructions. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep candidate records for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing enquires@muscontalent.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).
