Muscon Talent is the recruitment business of Muscon Services Limited, an Irish company founded in 2019.
Why we started
Too many people looking for work, especially from overseas, are asked to pay agents for jobs that never appear. Too many employers get CVs that were never read properly.
We set up Muscon Talent to do it differently: candidates pay nothing, employers get people who have actually been interviewed, and everyone gets a straight answer.

Muscon is a software engineer and former squad tech lead who has worked in Ireland and the UK, including as an IT contractor. He leads our technology recruitment and knows from experience what a good contract looks like for both client and contractor.

Habiba is a recruitment consultant with years of hands-on experience sourcing, screening and placing candidates. She leads our recruitment operations and candidate care, making sure every candidate is treated fairly from first call to first day.
